Timber Frame Quality

Tru-Homes has its own design department, to produce the required technical drawings for the timber frame including the sole plate drawing, wall panel fabrication drawings, joist platforms and roof structures.
We manufacture our own roof trusses and metal webbed eco joists, whilst for clients who opt for the timber engineered I joists we are responsible for the cutting to size of the joists before they are delivered to site. Because we are directly responsible for all the elements of the timber frame it is easier for us to ensure the quality of the timber frame.
Strict factory procedures result in accurate fabrication which then means that throughout the home right angles are right, verticals are plumb and edges are straight. A well made frame is nothing if the on site erection teams are not skilled at their jobs. All our erection teams have a wealth of experience and are supported by our Contracts Manager who oversees the site works to ensure the smooth and professional completion of each project we under take.
